The MRS Service Agreement team has during previous years developed a central service agreement support function helping our customer centers around the world to setup and operate sustainable service agreements. As one of the team members is moving on to another position we are now seeking a replacement to ensure continued focus on profitable and sustainable growth of the MRS Service agreement business.
Task Description
The Mining and Rock Excavation Customer Centers around the world are currently running more than 1000 service agreements of various complexities; the scope is from visit based agreements to large on site full service agreements.
In this position you will support the customer centers from tender to renewal, you will be a driver in securing sustainable agreement setup, operation and profitability.
As a Service Agreement Specialist, you are expected to
• Review service agreement tenders and contracts
• Support and develop the customer centers possibilities and capabilities to perform and deliver the proposed services in a sustainable way throughout the entire agreement duration
• Validate and review Service Agreement rates, pricing and profitability in tenders and agreements
• Engage and cooperate with Atlas Copco legal department for service agreement documents and tenders
• Negotiation support for customer centers for new and ongoing operations
• Develop and improve contract tendering tools, documents and strategy.
• Communicate and follow up implementation of Global Service Agreement strategy.
• Evaluate current MRS CC service agreement performance, experience and environmental conditions to be considered in new Tenders and proposals
• Maximize Atlas Copco products usage in our tenders
Be part of developing and providing training on tendering and Contract Management processes and procedures
Mission: in the next 3 years, the role is expected to focus on;
Actively support, guide and be part of developing the MRS Service Contract tendering and performance globally, including competence and practices. To be the top benchmark within our market segment and to ultimately in a sustainable and profitable way add value to our operations and our Customers.

Understand the Service Agreement Business from a global perspective
Understand interfaces among various department and their roles and responsibilities
Locate and improve the contract and maintenance behavior driving contract profitability
Experience / Knowledge / Education
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person who is interested in developing a deep understanding of MRS Service Agreements and share this with others in MRS. The person we are looking for will have a minimum 3 years of experience from a Atlas Copco Customer Center Parts and Services business and Service Agreements within Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Excavation. The person should have the ability to adapt easily to different cultures and have the ability to complete tasks in line with the agreed best practice, good skills in communication within the team and the wider global network is also a requirement.
