We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and service minded receptionist to Nynas Head Office in Johanneshov.
Key Responsibilities
As the position holder you will be the first point of contact for Nynas, being responsible for:
• Continuous development and improvement of the services of the reception.
Reception
• Greeting visitors and staff, keeping a log of all daily visitors.
• Attending to leaving visitors and assisting them in arranging transportation.
• Maintaining the front office appearance.
Communication
• Answering the switchboard in a professional manner.
• Ordering/receiving/handling courier deliveries and parcels.
• Handling incoming and outgoing daily mail.
Service
• Providing administrative support in daily office activities i.e handing out and administration of lunch coupons, coordination of catering and administration of conferences and meetings etc.
• Assisting with other administrative support such as data entry, filing and compiling of documents etc.
In this role you will be the sole representative in the front desk and part of the Office Services Sweden team.
The most important aspect of this role is to be dedicated to excellent service and to be a Nynas top ambassador!
Candidate profile
The successful candidate has as a minimum senior high school diploma and 3 years of proven experience from positions in reception/switchboard and/or administration or similar positions. Courses and/or training with specialisation on reception/switchboard or administration are advantageous. As English is our company language you need to have good knowledge of both verbal and written English. You should also have good knowledge of Swedish. Further on, we require developed IT knowledge with skills in the MS Office Suite. Experience from working with a switchboard system is a prerequisite and knowledge of the switchboard system MX ONE is advantageous.
