We are now looking for experienced leaders to the System Responsible role in Business Intelligence within IT, where you as a system responsible secure delivery to our business by leading your team in development and maintenance. The system responsible role in business intelligence has a key role in providing decisions support to our business.
As a System Responsible within business intelligence you will lead a distributed IT-team of 15-30 people in their daily work, involving both development and maintenance. Your work day is a mixture of here-and-now questions, tactical planning and strategic planning. You will plan and coordinate new functionality in our BI-tools in close collaboration with representatives from your business area. You take part of in decisions regarding our way of working and the deliveries from your system and you get direct feedback on your deliveries.
As a person we believe that you have good people skills and a supporting personality as well as you are a confident leader. We also think that you have great relationship building skills with a business oriented mindset.
Your responsibilities
The job of a System Responsible in business intelligence within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Provide effective and maintainable IT-solutions to our business, according to requirements and strategic goals.
• Lead the distributed delivery team according to agile methods.
• Support, encourage and coach team members.
• Plan and monitor deliveries, budget, resources and competence needs.
• Implement strategic and tactical decisions in the team.
• Prioritize and coordinate incidents and problem.
• Have a close collaboration with our business, other roles within IT and our IT vendors.
• Participate in decision-making through steering group and prioritization meetings.

And your skills include
• Several years of experience as a leader within IT, for maintenance and/or project teams, and experience from leadership during change.
• Understanding of business intelligence solutions
• Knowledge of the system development process and agile methods
• You see the whole picture and have a strong note of delivery
• You are structured, good at prioritizing and you can handle many parallel tasks
• Excellent communications skills (Swedish and English) both spoken and written
