Within the Uptime department we have the responsibility to maximize uptime for all Volvo Trucks customers by development of aftermarket Operations, Services, Tools & strategies, always with the focus to increase customer satisfaction. Key to our customers' success is keeping their commitments and continuously increasing efficiency and lowering operational cost. Our mission is to make that happen!
At the Service Operations department within Uptime & Aftermarket Vehicle Requirements we are responsible for developing and supporting sales areas and markets with Service Products and Offers, Workshop Readiness, Predictive Maintenance, Service Planning, Service & Parts Information and Diagnostics.
As a Service Owner Parts and Service Information, you will be responsible to secure both the current as well as the future needs in the area of Parts and service information. Close cooperation and communication with sales areas and monitoring of future trends are important success factors in this position
You will report to the Manager Maintainability within the Service operations department.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the roadmap for the Parts and Service information area
• Carrying and prioritize requests from Sales areas and Markets
• Secure the communication to Sales areas concerning Parts and Service information
• Secure the current and future offer of Parts and Service information
• Drive and follow the usage of Parts and Service information
• Monitor and coordinate changes for Parts and Service information
• Monitor and drive the quality of Parts and Service information
• Share best practice
