hela Sverige Situated at our HQ in Stockholm, you will be part of a talented Credit Risk team enabling the growth of one of the world's most disruptive companies. This is a complex role and requires only the best talent as you will be working alongside people setting new standards in Credit Risk management globally.
What would you do?
• Develop and implement credit and underwriting policies, including rules for credit eligible populations, model approval cut-offs, initial line assignment strategies, and line increase/decrease strategies.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in our existing credit strategy and formulate hypotheses to improve portfolio performance
• Test and refine user application flow to optimize conversion and risk
• Evaluate new sources of data to be integrated into decision making; partner with statistics team to add insight into the development of new credit models.
• Monitor portfolio performance and make adjustments to credit strategy for segments as appropriate
• Work closely with management in a start-up environment and bring analysis to influence strategic direction of the new business.
• Work with team to develop financial models to be used in refining underwriting cut-offs and approval strategies
• Working with technical teams to develop overall credit risk infrastructure
You probably have a university degree in math, engineering, stats, physics, economics, business or similar analytical/quantitative field. You probably have proved yourself as an analyst in financial services, credit cards, fintech, or online lending industry for a couple of years, and understand that you need to learn from the best in order to develop further. Furthermore, you have experience from working with excel and SQL and an understanding of financial modelling.
