Job Summary
Do you want to be part of a global and dynamic team providing Market Operations world class sales support expertise to grow the Parts and Maintenance business?
We are looking for a Parts Control Specialist with a strong business drive and communication skills to play a vital role in our success for servicing and supporting our customer base. The responsibility of the Parts Control Specialist is to support the Markets with expertise in regard to our Parts Management solution, Parts Control and to deliver our service solutions to customers primarily in EMEA region.
You will be focus on delivering Parts Control, a portfolio containing Parts management & Parts logistics service solutions to our customers. The position offers a great opportunity to make a true difference for our customers and will provide you with valuable experience in a developing, dynamic, and international environment collaborating cross-functional with the global Services and Market Operations.
This is a permanent position, and it is preferably based in one of the Tetra Pak locations in EMEA.
What you will do
As Parts Control Specialist, you will focus on:
Provide expert advice to markets in the sales process of Parts Control including the sub-categories Parts Control, Parts Operational Assessment and Start-up offering.
Customer maturity assessment.
Prepare sales material (value proposition).
Provide quotation.
Provide recommended part list and stock value for customer budget.
Collaborate with SKAM, CSO in the market, execute delivery of Parts Control.
Provide KPIs for stock monitoring.
Training, system setup, physical setup, and project closure.
Monitor and analyse financial performance and secure the delivery within contract scope.
Collect the local needs, collaborate with central parts control team to continue improve the development of Parts Control.
Collaborate with Parts Control Specialist and colleagues in all regions to ensure knowledge sharing and standardisation according to best practices.
Support markets with Parts Control expertise in case of issues during the lifetime of the project

We believe you have
A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or operations management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tetra Pak working preferably within product & portfolio management, customer management or operations management.
Knowledge in the Tetra Pak Service Portfolio is preferred.
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.

You are a self-motivated person with a self-reliable attitude and a strong drive and result orientation. You have a business-oriented mindset, possess strategic and analytical skills and an ability to work with a holistic view as well on a detailed level. Also, you are an effective team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to easily collaborate cross-functionally and build relations with people on all levels. At last, you have an open-minded thinking with ability to listen to stakeholders, showing a high level of customer orientation, while being able to effectively drive for results.
