We are now looking for an experienced Director for Nordic Field Marketing. As the Director for Nordic Field Marketing reporting to the CMO, you will drive demand in Nordic countries for the platform, and deliver high quality leads to sales. You will optimize and further grow the already strong presence that Boost has in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You will be responsible for development and execution of all customer-focused short and long-term marketing programs for products and services in the Nordics.
In strong collaboration with the global marketing team, and local sales teams in each market, as well as key stakeholders from around the organization you will:
Direct all Nordic marketing efforts, strategies, programs.
Be accountable for both pipeline generation and building awareness about Boost in the markets (with strong awareness and penetration in Norway, and lots of opportunity in the other markets)
Possesses a wide range of skills, all designed around the concept that the customer scenario guides all development of marketing, and ultimately drives an optimal end customer experience. We have intentionally oriented strategy, creative and implementation around carefully considered customer scenarios, which act as guidelines and primary artifacts for all marketing decision-making.
Have a mission to get "on the map" as one of the key "players" in this crowded industry of chatbot providers, and differentiate Boost such that our unique value proposition is made clear to the target market and to the press. Pave the way to satisfy revenue goals of the organization through the development and execution of well-designed marketing campaigns aimed at pipeline generation and PR aimed at awareness building.
Be responsible for positioning of the product offering, including development of collateral materials, especially for vertical markets in the Nordics to the extent they need to be customized, and will work closely with product managers and the development teams through the product release cycle and launch of products to the markets.
Be keeping up to date on the competitive landscape, competitors' positioning/messaging, and market intelligence.
Shared responsibility for Partner marketing support shared with the sales team.
Be a strong leader, skilled at building collaborative relationships to strengthen engagements and results that advance's mission, marketing & business goals.

Primary responsibilities/activities
Collaborate with the Global Marketing team and the local Sales teams to develop marketing strategies that will generate engagement, market share growth, and profitability to both customer and
Implement product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the markets, making any changes needed to successfully penetrate vertical markets.
Guide the development and implementation of creative assets across multiple web channels, as needed, via platforms including, but not limited to: landing pages, email, web/mobile, print and social media
Manage Nordic lead generation, from contact through to handoff of leads qualified for sales (SQLs) and including the SDR roles as it assists in the qualification process. Report on pipeline creation.
Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and designs, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Track and report on results of omni-channel marketing activities to the CMO and the executive team.
Audit and work to optimize return on investment (ROI) for efforts within each channel.
Understand the competitive landscape and flag strategic opportunities and threats.
Manage day-to-day relationships pertaining to stakeholders - building and fostering collaborative relationships. This includes overseeing and managing PR
Create and sustain a work environment of mutual respect where team members strive to achieve excellence.
Supervise, hire and orient new team members as necessary.

Experience and competence requirement
Track record of marketing success at a medium to large organization, working with matrixed, global marketing teams. Experience with an agency and/or in-house marketing team also qualifies.
BA or BS in a related field.
7+ years demonstrated understanding of a complex competitive landscape.
Effective stewardship of a brand while raising the organization's national profile and advancing business goals.
7+ years experience leveraging emerging marketing trends, including effective use of digital, multimedia and experiential marketing platforms.
4+ years experience with each of the following: content marketing, digital engagement, brand expression through creative and messaging, and marketing automation.
A track record for solving complex problems, managing across many teams, and driving results.
Demonstrated excellence in leading operations from concept to strategy development to implementation.
Ability to balance the need for creativity with a data-driven approach to measuring impact and success.
Understanding of all aspects of content marketing, social media marketing, influence marketing, and communications, including omni-channel and marketing automation principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all communications deliverables.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and passionately both in writing and verbally. Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach to work is a must.
