For this exciting journey, we are now looking for a Demand Manager and Scrum Master - someone who is eager to work in close relation with our product owners in the Business Development team to create innovative solutions and add new value for customers and partners.

Job summary
As Demand Manager and Scrum Master within Digital Machining, you play a vital part in our development. You are the bridge between emerging business demands and our technology delivery, where you ensure that requirements are acceptable and balanced appropriately, as well as coordinated into our development organization. As you support and educate the product owners, you ensure that our scope is clearly defined and, by doing so, you enable informed and rapid decision making. You coordinate scrum stand-up meetings, assist with internal and external communication, and you guide and coach both the team and the wider organization on how to successfully use Agile and Scrum practices. By ensuring excellent stakeholder management and creating a trusting environment, you build a team spirit where problems are raised and solutions are expected.

The location for this position is Sandviken or Västberga, and international travel is included in the job. You are part of a tight team and you report to the Research and Development Manager for Digital Machining.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for someone with an exceptionally servant leadership style, in which business and ethics goes hand in hand, and you have previously left positive marks as a leader in your former career. You have a strong personal integrity and a proven track record of professionalism and true people management. We think that you have a background in electrical engineering, and more than five years of experience as a Software Developer using a higher programming language, such as C#, Java or C++. You also need at least two years of experience working with platform development, as well as Nexus, SAFe or LeSS. You're experienced in agile development and have worked as a Scrum Master for a couple of years, and a Scrum certificate is an advantage.
