IDD's HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Division's HR team, with data analysis, management and presentation. Specifically the HR Analyst guides and supports the team in reporting dashboards and coordinating HR processes and projects across IDD. This HR position is suited to someone who will enjoy proactively and independently, supporting IDD's HR VP, and the HR team. You will be based in the division's global HQ in Uppsala and report into IDD's HR VP.
Key responsibilities
Program/Project Management
Process management and support of existing Thermo Fisher HR processes to meet the ongoing needs of IDD including:
• Human Resource Review (HRR)
• Organizational Capability Assessment
• Performance Management
• Total compensation Process
• Expatriate Assignment local coordination and administration
• Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Compliance Training
• Employee Involvement Survey (EIS)
• Being the point of contact for HR professionals to utilize Thermo Fisher HR tools and processes
HR Metrics & Reporting
• Complete HR reporting, analyze metrics and make recommendations
• Generate reports for analysis, data collection, compliance, etc.
• Maintain division HR Metric "dashboards"
• Coordinate and report in Thermo Fisher global HR projects and processes to build a sustainable IDD HR function.
• Respond to corporate data requests
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed in this role you should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, human resources, finance or related discipline and also 3 or more years of experience from an similar HR role.
• Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning ability
• Fluent English and Swedish, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills - including strong MS Excel competency
• An ability to work independently and as a team player
• Demonstrated understanding and application of HR best practices
• The ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism
• Experience from process orientation project is a plus
