The focus for this position is to ensure a well-functioning Coffee Machine Installation & Service operation in the Nordic countries providing high quality service to customers. The Coffee Machines and other equipment provided to Customers are called Trade Assets.
This position includes tasks such as:
• Participate in creating a strong network of local Service Partners that make up the Trade Asset Field Service Operations
• Manage the relationship with assigned Service Partner
• Develop and maintain necessary competence in the Trade Asset Field Service Operations
• Act as a technical problem solving support function for the Trade Asset Field Service Operations
• Act as a link between the Field Service Operations and central Nestlé technical organisations.
• Continuously follow up and improve performance of equipment installed at Customer premises
• Carry out validations of new products and machine types for launch on the Nordic market
• Drive usage of Nestlé Best Practices in the Trade Asset Field Service Operations
Competence profile
• * University degree (Engineering)
• * 3-4 years of experience in the out of home food industry
• * Extensive knowledge of automation, mechanical and hydraulic systems
* Train the trainer experience preferable
• * Ability to create and implement standard routines, processes and documentation
• * Local language (Swedish) and English written and spoken
