We are looking for a Sommelier who provides professional wine and beverage services in the restaurant and bar. The Sommelier will be required to recommend and serve wines, also to been available to give a nice service to the guests, explaining and recommending the dishes. Should manage the daily activities for maintenance and promotion of the Restaurants' wine collection. It is a position with a lot of responsibility but with a lot of freedom to design a great wine list where you can show all your knowledge and skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Be passionate about customer service with the capability of delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.

Responsible for the recommendation and sales of wines and other beverages to customers and the wine sales in the restaurant/lounge.

Create new drinks for the bar

Ensures that the restaurant is properly set and prepared to meet the daily business demands.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Sommelier

Knowledge in wine tasting and pairings.

Practical knowledge of beverage operations and service

Be enthusiastic, sociable with a great personality, and a love for food, wine, and hospitality.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
