Senior Project Manager for Business Automation

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. The Transformation and Automation of processes is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success depends on flexible and efficient processes that support current and future business requirements.

What we do

IXB is the central Business/Process Automation team at Scania. Our mission is to enable value-adding utilization of business automation tools for all regions and business areas within the company, and the wider Traton group. The team is a huge part of Scania's digitalization transformation and we believe the result of our work to have great impact on Scania's ambition to Drive the Shift towards Sustainable Transport Solutions. We currently manage technology platforms within RPA, Chatbot, Low-code application development, Process intelligence, and more.

On top of enabling technology platforms, process improvement approaches, and their respective best practices, we are also involved in a direct sense in projects to deliver high value cases for the company.

What you will do

You will be a vital part of Scania's digitalization transformation by inspiring and enabling the company on its automation journey. You will be able to work with cutting-edge business/process automation tools and be a part of an energetic, social and highly driven team!

You will be responsible for guiding our business stakeholders in strategy, business case build-up, competence build-up, coordinate delivery capacity for projects or even join as resource yourself. You will also, together with the rest of the CoE, make sure we meet-up to the global demand for our services, lead initiatives for improvements and advise on solutions for our enablement deliveries. During a regular week you will speak with colleagues from all over world and work together with them to make Process Automation a successful story at Scania.

Your profile

You enjoy collaboration and you can take the lead when needed. You are fluent in English. You are highly driven and self-motivated about the work you do. You want to be part of solving complex technology challenges but simultaneously do not shy away from working with administrative necessary details. You are always willing to learn and have a positive attitude towards challenges. You are flexible in realising new possibilities when they appear.

As Senior Project Manager for Process/Business Automation you recognise yourself in some of these qualifications

• You have an ability to build and develop lasting relationships to drive change
• You have an entrepreneurial drive and excel in taking initiative
• You have the ability to structure and explain complex conditions in an educational way
• You have experience in understanding business requirements and working with key business and technology stakeholders
• You have broad technical aptitude, strong design and analytical skills
• You have experience of working with business automation tools like; RPA, Chatbot, iBPMS, Low code application platforms, Process Mining, Virtual Assistances, NLP, Decision Engines, etc.
• You have experience in leading and designing large scale processes
• You have experience within Lean process improvement and UX design
