Senior Fullstack Developer at Min Doktor

In our small and knowledgeable team of 20 talented individuals, you will work closely with developers, data engineers, designers, and testers, allowing you to make a significant impact on the initiatives we are executing. Who are you?
You have experience working with architectural considerations and driving architectural decisions and a proven track record of delivering these technical initiatives and the ability to coach, inspire and guide colleagues through these initiatives.
Here are some key factors that we believe will contribute to your success in this role:
• We value experience in modern web development, particularly with React and related technologies within its ecosystem. Proficiency in these technologies will enable you to contribute to our front-end development efforts and deliver high-quality user experiences.
• In addition to web development, we seek individuals with experience in designing and developing backend applications using Golang. Your expertise in Golang will play a vital role in building scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS is highly desirable. Working knowledge of these environments will enable you to leverage cloud services, deploy applications, and optimize system performance.
• We value developers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of writing high-quality software. Striking a balance between meeting requirements and ensuring code quality is crucial to delivering robust and maintainable solutions.
• We encourage developers to take ownership of their work and actively contribute to shaping our technical platform. Your ability to take initiative, propose innovative ideas, and drive technical improvements will be highly valued.
