What you will be doing
As a product owner for the website at Svea Solar, you will be in the centre of the powershift. Your main job will be to manage the website and its roadmap and secure we have a best-in-class website which supports our business growth today and makes us ready for tomorrow.

You will be working closely with great colleagues in our software development team to ensure the roadmap is full of plans which are valuable to our customers, viable for our company and feasible with our technology. You will contribute to the development team and roadmap with solid knowledge from various parts of the organization on matters such as marketing, sales, installation, finance, legal and privacy, why you will be managing and working with a large network of stakeholders across the company. So, all in all, supported by many, it will be your responsibility to ensure we do the right things with our website both short and long term.

In detail
• Create a world-class website based on business and customer demands
• Define and be the guardian of your product vision for the website
• Create, maintain and prioritize the product roadmap
• Oversee all stages of production ensuring deliveries according to your accountability
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, demos and refinements together with the Tech Lead
• Keep the company up to date: report back to and follow-up with your main stakeholders

We'll fine comb you resume for things like

• Bachelor's or masters degree in relevant field
• At least 3-5 years' experience within CMS, e-commerce, product management or other relevant fields
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities: we need you to get the team and the organization onboard
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand widely different disciplines such as logistics, technology and marketing
• You quickly understand the company strategy and use it to formulate your vision and roadmap
• Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems benefiting both customers and the business
• Proven ability to successfully collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including engineers, designers, sales and company executives
• A great understanding of online business and digital transformation
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, at Svea Solar changing the world is the mission, and it all starts from within
• You're nice to work with, especially when it doesn't work out quite as planned
• A great communicator (you will be doing it a lot, with a wide range of personalities and nationalities)
• With strong empathy, you can put yourself in the shoes of our customers as well as other stakeholders
