Exciting Opportunity as a Portfolio Manager at Worley!
Are you ready for an exciting career move? Worley is actively seeking a motivated Portfolio Manager to join our portfolio management team. This is your chance to elevate your career to the next level and make a substantial impact. You will be based at our office in Stenungsund.
In this role, you will take the lead in enhancing project outcomes across a diverse array of projects. Your leadership and guidance will be essential in ensuring not only efficient project completion but also contributing to our clients' success. You will be responsible for improving our portfolio management and delivery processes, systems, and tools to align them with our client's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Inspiration: Provide clear direction and effective leadership to ensure project success.
Client Contracts: Manage and interpret contractual matters related to our projects with the client. You will also be involved in educating and informing colleagues about these issues.
Resource Management: Request and manage internal resources from our line organization to ensure our projects have the right expertise.
Team Support: Coach and support a team of project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Policy Implementation: Implement and administer projects and policies to achieve portfolio goals.
Resource Planning: Manage project schedules and resource needs in collaboration with the portfolio's discipline leads.
Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators and closely monitor portfolio efficiency with a focus on value and continuous improvement.
Holistic View: Maintain an integrated view of client objectives, making the most of synergies and resources throughout the entire portfolio.
Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with the Manager of Projects and the portfolio team to develop an annual business plan and offer integrated solutions to strategic challenges.

Qualifications
University Degree: A university degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable discipline.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in senior, project management, and/or technical roles.
Contract Expertise: Experience in contract matters with knowledge of EPCM, EPC projects.
Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading multiple concurrent small and/or medium projects or portions of larger projects within a portfolio.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and change management skills. Experience in change management is advantageous.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze risks.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Swedish.
