The customers of the company are food brokers, grocery chains, food manufacturers and catering companies. Its markets include mainstream and ethnic segments.
ANR has grown significantly over the last years and has recently built a new beans and lentils processing facility in Canada. The Company is now introducing further healthy grain based food products into the European Market. We are currently seeking a Manager of Sales and Marketing for our European operation.
Manager Sales and Marketing
Manages the sales and marketing function. Develops and accomplishes strategic sales and marketing objectives. Conducts market analysis, establishes sales territories and quotas, manages budgets and evaluates sales performance. Designs and develops sales and marketing programs and materials such as, advertising, event support and online promotions. Manages a group of sales and marketing professionals.
You will have:
• A bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• Six to eight years of sales and marketing experience in the food industry.
• Must be familiar with internet business models and technologies.
• Strong business judgement and analytical decision-making skills.
• Excellent business, sales, relationship management, communication and coaching skills.
