As an IT Support Specialist, you will perform activities such as:
• Help and support colleagues with IT-related equipment - Laptops, Phones, Printers, Conference room equipment, etc
• Escalating to other parts of IT for 2nd line support when needed and follow through to make sure that issues are resolved
• Troubleshooting Mac OS and Windows
• Onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries

To be successful in the role you should have
• Experience from working in a support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working experience of Mac OS and Windows as well as mobile technologies
• A technical, logical thought process
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
