We are looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist (HRBP) for a 4 months of maternity leave temporary coverage position, sv föräldravikariat, start date asap. As we have an immediate need, we will only consider candidates already residing in the Gothenburg area.
The position will be based at our studio GHOST in Gothenburg and you will be the only HR representative locally. However, you will report into our HR Director (based in Stockholm) and you will partner with HR colleagues (primarily in Stockholm, Sweden and Guildford, UK).

The right person has to be familiar with working in a rapidly-changing, high growth environment where you have a real desire to work proactively with prioritized HR and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Being an HRBP you will work closely with the rest of the HR team in Sweden and the UK and with our Centers of excellence, for example: Talent Acquisition, University relation, Compensation and Benefits and Global Mobility. Furthermore, you will:
• First point of contact for employee questions and issues re: HR programs, policy, and tools. Work to resolve issues directly, collaborate with internal partners
• Work with HR partners to coordinate internal transfers. Including facilitating international relocations in partnership with the Global Mobility Team.
• Assist in compiling, preparing, and/or analyzing HR presentations and reports for HR and business leadership.
• Identify appropriate talent and strategic workforce planning solutions. Establish clarity about critical roles across the studio and develop strategies to address retention risks and skill gaps.
• Develop and lead the delivery of local and international HR programs that drive employee retention, engagement and development.
We are looking for someone with
• Strong business and people acumen; able to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context; able to think, act and communicate initiatives. Insight how people will be impacted by business decisions.
• Project leadership skills with the ability to start and close projects.
• Presentation skills experience, ability to produce presentations and work with sell-in and roll-outs.
• High coordination skills
• Strong communication skills
• It is important to speak English fluently; experience from international environment is a benefit.
