hela Sverige We are looking for an HR Business Partner for an international company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP. Start ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.
Assignment description and main responsibilities:
As a HR Business Partner you'll work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. You will be the point of people expertise for dedicated business areas, and work closely and collaboratively with the department managers.
Examples of responsibilities and tasks included will be:
Provide guidance on people practices such as building successful teams, development, reorganizations, and succession planning.
Responsible for Talent Reviews, Merit Reviews and more.
Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy.
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business.
Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches.
Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues.
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.

You are flexible and able to embrace changes and ability to work proactively in a changing environment.
To be a match for this role our client believes you have:
A University degree within HR or relevant field
More than five years of work-experience as a HRBP
Thorough knowledge of swedish labor legislation
Experience in working in a global, fast paced environment.
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
To thrive in succeed in this work environment our client believes that you easily put up your own structure where it's not given to you, you can keep a deadline as well as easily re-prioritize your day when needed. You will be part of a global and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is to 1 year to begin with.
