The inserts organization comprises all production units within Sandvik Coromant that are producing tungsten carbide inserts. We are now looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Sandvik Coromant Global Inserts Production and its 2 000 employees. You commit to our vision to shape the future together, contribute to a setting based on flexible and lean processes and support volume development through cost efficiency, superior quality and world-class delivery. In this strategic position, you engage in enabling our Production Strategy, working together with production executives and HR Professionals to significantly lift our performance, increase competitiveness and clearly state the future direction of our organization.
In this position, you may be stationed at any of our inserts production units globally.
Key performance areas
As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR point of view. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing in setting the HR roadmap for the future of Sandvik Coromant Inserts Production and creating synergies with other Sandvik entities. Performance management, talent and succession management and diversity and inclusion are important responsibilities, as is developing the HR organization within your area. You support managers in carrying out change initiatives by offering expertise and tools, and you take full ownership of the HR delivery model, with a continual dialogue and close cooperation with other parts of HR to ensure high quality support for our business.
In this position, you are an active member of the Sandvik Coromant Global Inserts Production management team and the management team for Global production, and you are responsible for leading a team of eight professionals remotely in our different units. You travel quite frequently to the different locations included in your responsibility.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in HR, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. You have experience from an HRBP or HR Manager position with a successful managerial experience and are skilled in managing stakeholders and involving resources. The ability to work effectively within a matrix organization is a key to success in this role, as is experience from change management. As we interact on the global stage, you have excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and in speaking.
