Job Summary:

Finance Process Management is organized under GFFI FCBS Strategy & Change Management. The unit is responsible for developing and maintaining global, standard finance processes with a continual focus on efficiency, quality and compliance. We are now recruiting a Finance Process Lead in the Audit area to enhance activities around:
• SOX audit (leading to the ICFR Opinion)
• Group Audit (FIRE audit leading to Group Financial Opinion)
• Statutory Audit (leading to the local statutory opinions)
• Local legislations such as e.g. Indian-ICFR


There is a need to consolidate the existing documentation of the audit process as well as to drive improvements towards our wanted position for audit. Furthermore, there is a need to challenge the way we work within Audit and to capitalize on all existing improvement proposals.

In this role you will use your solid accounting and audit experience and will be working closely with our stakeholders in GFFI to drive business value creation. You will also co-operate closely with other process- and IT functions, change drivers and subject matter experts.

The Finance Process Lead Audit reports to the head of GFFI FCBS SCM Process Management Finance.



Your main responsibilities and tasks include:
• Define and implement the future audit process, taking a holistic approach and ensuring that synergies between audit areas are realized. This includes participating in the Audit Rotation Project with the deliverable of designing the to-be audit process with the new Group Auditor.
• In close co-operation with stakeholders, drive development and maintenance of global standard processes and tools, including related work instructions and internal/SOX controls.
• Pro-actively and on request analyze and provide solutions to complex process, systems and information questions. This includes acting as 3rd line process support.
• Support stakeholders with monitoring process effectiveness and efficiency, suggest improvements e.g. based on automation solutions.
• Actively participate in improvement initiatives, provide process expertise and act as interface/coordinator towards other process teams and subject matter experts outside GFFI.
• Review and approve process, information and system demands, prepare and approve global demands and drive towards IT.
• Support stakeholders with communication and deployment of process changes to concerned parties. This includes preparing training material and conducting training.
• Monitor process compliance. Review deviation requests and approve, reject or make other applicable recommendations.
• Support IT Security Access Control in the development and maintenance of SAP ONE user roles. Support Internal Control in maintaining the Segregation of Duties framework.
• Support in the preparation of Group Instructions within the Policy Management Framework



Qualifications / Competence:
• End-to-end process knowledge from General Accounting and Closing area.
• Specific experience of Financial and SOX Audits, as auditor and/or as auditee.
• Solid accounting knowledge, Ericsson Financial Model and accounting directives.
• SAP ONE knowledge. Interest and/or experience from Automation and Analytics.
• Ability to independently drive improvements with external auditors and Functional Owners in GFFI as well as cross-units.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to visualize flows and processes. Ability to document flows and ways of working into processes.
• High integrity and ability to influence stakeholders, with a service mindset.
• Excellent verbal & written English.
• Personal traits include: structured and analytic, action oriented, high degree of drive and proactivity, service minded, very good communication skills.

Education:
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
