hela Sverige We are now trying to find a combined Delivery Leader and Solution Engineer. You will be mostly focused on the roll out part of our delivery.
We are a global team, located both in Sweden and India, and are delivering global solutions for Internal Logistics. We have the opportunity to work with stakeholders all over the world and also to adapt to new technologies that we are adopting very fast.
Main responsibilities Delivery Lead:
Secure work prioritization and work load distribution within the team and coordinate the teams activities.
Cooperate to secure capacity planning for delivery and to prepare and follow-up costs when applicable.
Cooperate with different Group IT functions and partners to secure efficient delivery.
Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable together with the team.
Establish KPI's and follow up the same.
Act as a mentor and coach colleagues.
Introduce new team members.
Strengthen and maintain an open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team.
Initiate, support, drive and implement continuous improvement activities.
Since you will be working part time as a Solution Engineer to learn our solutions and domain there will be some additional expectations:
Participating in delivering the solutions to our sites.
Participating in defining functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure usage of the solutions at the sites.
Required competencies:
A University degree in a related area.
Some experience with agile methods and way of working.
Continuous improvement mindset.
The drive to understand customer needs and deliver results.
A collaborative mindset and appreciating good team work.
Appreciating diversity and how it strengthens the team.
Good communication skills in both English and Swedish, written and verbally.
Self developing attitude and interested in contributing to the teams development.
Since you will be leading a team you should have experience in team leadership for instance as a team leader or project manager.
