We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract and Compliance Manager to join our Facilities Management department. Our colleague Johanna, who currently holds this position, has been offered an internal role, and we are now looking to find her replacer.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to enable, influence and drive standard methodology to deliver improvement of the compliance framework across Facilities Management, including third-party supply partners. You will get the opportunity to work across multiple services lines and support the organisation at a significant number of levels.

You will interpret demand from customers and subject matter specialists to define appropriate processes and Service Levels together with suppliers. This means you'll liaise with, advises and influence key customers, other colleagues and members of the delivery teams. You will work to maximize value from the external spend through the optimisation of contracts and supplier relationships.

Your responsibility also spans the establishment; maintenance and management of effective contract arrangement with suppliers in line with external spend and standard methodology. The strategic relationship with the suppliers remains for contracts less than 700 kUSD in areas such as Print and Copy, Archiving services and Property Development services.

We will rely on you to:

Compliance Framework and in accordance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate compliance tasks by delivering solutions, improvements and initiatives and be responsible to perform compliance audits of FM contracted Suppliers.

Develop operational excellence and best practise within FM and AZ to secure Gothenburg as the best R&D site in the world
*

Shape the future sourcing strategy and auditing of suppliers
*

Maintaining effective Customer relations and compliance to GMP, and SHE standards.
*

Keep the level of compliance at FM, including supply partners, in accordance with AstraZeneca's and be an active advisor to the managers of FM to ensure continuous improvement of the compliance culture

Essential for the role

We believe that you have an education at degree level or considerable amount of proven experience in Facilities Management. This is combined with a proven record from sourcing and supplier management and negotiations in complex services.

Your interpersonal skills are of great importance in this role. To be successful, your service delivery attitude and a phenomenal ability to manage partners, customers and suppliers are essential. You love interactions and are truly passionate about understanding your customers' views and needs.
