Our Wholesale ops team (three people in total) look after all our stockists across the world. You will have overall responsibility for the wholesale operations for our stockists, ensuring all weekly and monthly targets are met or exceeded. The WOM will provide regular reports to the management and prepare weekly, monthly and annual forecasts for the business.
You will inspire and develop the Wholesale ops team to deliver a customer-centric, pro-active approach for all Stockists, Agents and Account interactions. You'll also build key relationships internally with the HQ, ensuring seamless distribution and prioritization of key accounts, and Merchandising to manage stock requirements.
JOB ASSIGNMENTS
• Oversee and monitor automatic dispatch including the setting of dispatch priority and configuring batch release to ensure correct stock is dispatched in a timely fashion and with no errors
• Clear daily communication with the Logistics regarding shipping targets, priorities and timescales
• Weekly reporting to Wholesale Director on dispatch progress against target.
• Continually drive the business to supply product and the customer to receive product, to ensure targets are met
• Manage dispatch issues and resolution with logistics, ensuring that Wholesale Assistants resolve dispatch errors promptly
• Ensure that the Wholesale ops team identify actions for the Merchandising and Supply Chain teams and place these actions on the agenda for the wholesale weekly meeting. Drive to ensure that these actions are completed
• Support the team to deliver exceptional customer service - creating and maintaining excellent relationships with stockists and Sales Agents to drive sales
• Workload forecast - agree on a weekly / monthly and annual dispatch plan considering seasonal requirements, drop dates, credit limits, holidays etc. in line with business targets
• Manage and develop the Wholesale ops team including service-level monitoring, workload management, performance reviews, training and personal development
• Be a system 'superuser' including Microsoft, QlikSense, NAV and JOOR with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and calculations. Manage future systems testing, development and implementation.
• Be a trusted point of contact for the Sales Manager(s) - and delegate or action any requirements to the team
• Liaise with Wholesale Director on budget requirements, submitting proposals and managing agreed budgets
• Build strong working relationships with Finance team to resolve any aged debtors and support the Sales Managers with bad debt management
• Report to Wholesale Director on debtor status - actions taken and make recommendations as to next steps
• Monitor workflow for the team - set SLA's and KPI's
• Be a trusted point of contact for Sales Managers in the absence of the Wholesale Assistants
What we're looking for:

The right candidate for this position is someone who has rigorous experience Wholesale Operations and Customer Service, having previous working experience as a Wholesale Operations Manager or Customer Service Manager, as well as experience of running a team. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and realize the importance of continuous improvements in both big and small matters. You possess the ability to work under pressure whilst delivering high standard results and value the customer experience highly to lead by example to motivate your team.
