We love our product so much, one could assume it would sell itself. But signing a new client is always a challenge - even for our best sales people. To get customers on the hook we need a customized demo portal that will blow their mind.
Every time a new deal is in sight - your web development and design expertise is needed. Demo by demo you will take us one step closer to World Domination!
THE OFFER
We offer you a role that is truly the definition of working "close to the business ". In this role, it's easy to see the results of your effort. You will work together with sales and product development to build demos of our portal that our sales people show potential customers. As you develop, so will your role. There are possibilities to take responsibility for a specific market - maybe you speak German, Dutch or French and would like to use it in your daily work?
The role is mainly about development and configuration of the system. If you also like design, quick loops and working close to stakeholders - this is the job for you.
Examples of what you will do:
Build/configure customized prototypes of our portal for potential new customers
Have a key role in developing our demo products using ex. JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Adobe Suite.
Support our sales function in concept development and create innovative new features
You will be part of a team we call Demo Development, a diverse and creative team who will be happy to introduce you to the Benify way, our daily morning breakfasts and how to speak the sales language. As a new Benifyer, you will soon discover that you joined a company that truly believes in being Great At Work. That means mistakes are made, but you own them until you fix quick.
Since we are experts in benefits, of course, we have some good ones. Who are you?
So enough bragging about us, we would like you to bring some things to the table as well. A flawless CV isn't the most important thing, but we believe you have packed your bags with:
A bachelor's degree within IT or other similar education
Experience in web development and technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSP and jQuery
Experience from Adobe CS or similar design tool
Fluent Swedish, since many of our demos are in Swedish
You can put on business glasses and make sure you do what you can to bring value to our potential customers and product development. You will get a lot of responsibilities fast, so it is important that you are not afraid to ask for help from the team. Since this role means close collaboration with stakeholders, you enjoy communicating with different types of people.
