hela Sverige As a hands-on HR Director you interact with relevant stakeholders in HR and Product Line management to implement and execute global HR processes and Product Line unit specific activities at the sites in Linköping, Sweden and Kunshan, China. You will report directly to the General Manager for Product Line Oil Coolers and with a dotted line to the Vice President Human Resources. The HR Director is a member of the Product Line Oil Coolers? Management Team as well as the Plant Management Team in Linköping. You will also be a member in the global HR network. The position will be located in Linköping, Sweden.
Main tasks and responsibilities
• In partnership with Line Managers and business executives and drive the Product Line?s business strategy
• In partnership with VP HR and the global HR Team develop, implement and execute global HR strategies to achieve business goals
• By working closely with various departments and be visible on the shop floor, assist line managers to understand, implement and secure compliance with policies and procedures at local sites
• Deliver service excellence and expertise for the full scope of HR support (main focus on tactical and operational) including performance management, resourcing and recruiting, talent management & succession planning, leadership development, competence development, labour and employee relations matters, compliance with laws & regulations and compensation & benefits
• Negotiating with staff and their union representatives on all issues relating to pay and other conditions between the company and the employees
• Implement HR programs to promote organizational development and culture
• Team up with operating leadership on organizational design and development
• Actively support the TitanX operating system and ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
Required profile
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development
• 5-10 years of experience in an HR leadership role
• Solid expertise in core HR competencies and HR technical proficiencies
• Business- and result-oriented with the ability to think strategically and to translate and execute strategies into actionable plans
• Experience from operational HR in production environment
• Experience from international environment and exposure
• High level of influencing, coaching, and communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set
• Comfortable to work with figures
• Ability to serve as a successful participant on the management team that provides Product Line Oil Cooler leadership and direction
• Fluent in Swedish and English (speaking/writing)
