About the jobAlfa Laval in Ronneby operates in a global environment within the product group Brazed and Fusion Heat Exchangers. This role has its focus in Fusion Heat Exchangers which is a product made of 100 % stainless steel. We supply these products worldwide at the right quality to a competitive price and according to agreed deadlines and deliveries.
We are a process oriented organization with a global focus and local presence. We work in line with Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS) following the four priorities Sustainability, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
As a Unit Manager you will be part of Ronneby management team and lead a team of 35 throughout a direct reporting Team Manager. You ensure that the team is working towards set targets and follow our processes. Main purpose of the job is to develop and coordinate the unit.
You will be responsible for securing that the unit meets short- to midterm goals and customer expectations. You will be responsible for the performance and output of the unit including financial responsibility.
What you knowThe ideal candidate has a Master of Engineering or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience from global production/manufacturing company.
You also have:
Proven leadership and management skills.
Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
Experience from lean manufacturing
Project work experience
Fluency in Swedish and English
