Right now, we have an exciting job opening for you in our finance organization as Travel and HR Accounting Manager.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about leadership, building up a new team and establishing new processes!
The newly establish Travel and HR Accounting team will consists of 5 people, responsible for Travel, Travel & Expense reimbursements, Payroll and Pension & Employee benefit accounting. You will report to the Senior Manager of Financial Accounting.
You must like to work with Ad-hoc assignments as well as working and guiding the team in operational questions. Here at Volvo Cars you will be a part of a bigger Network community and strong communication qualities are important.
Main tasks
* Responsible for implementing, communicating and adhering to the travel and reimbursement policies and procedures.
* Lead operational work for the tasks performed within the area of travel and expense reimbursement processes.
* Responsible for the operational accounting activities within pensions, payroll and employee benefits.
* Actively drive process development.
* Collaborate with all departments to ensure proper reporting of expenses.
* Responsible for leading a team of 5 employees.
Qualifications
* Present leadership qualities and be able to successfully guide the team to reach their goals.
* Managerial experience is beneficial
* Experience working with travel management within a global company.
* Good knowledge in Accounting and the Finance processes within the area of pensions, payroll and employee benefits.
* Ability to utilize digital technology in order to accelerate areas for improvements.
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbally.
