Transformation Manager to Boozt Fashion
Boozt is now looking for a Transformation Manager with strong financial capabilities to help enable future growth of the company. As Transformation Manager in our rapidly growing company, you will have significant impact on our growth and success. The role is based at Boozt's headquarter in Hyllie, Malmö.
Key responsibilities
• Peer group evaluations and comparisons (financial key metrics)
• Building framework for new financial reporting on sustainability P&L
• Classical controlling / analysis tasks on certain cost areas
• Assisting CFO & Group Corporate Services Director with - Corporate governance documents, policies and procedures of the Group.
• Assisting in Business Case development
• Responsibility for making various presentations to stakeholders.
Personal Abilities
You have an education with a relevant degree within finance and a minimum of 7 years professional experience in corporate finance. You probably have experience as an auditor or finance manager in an international environment. You need to have extensive IFRS (IAS) knowledge and competence as well having worked with consolidated financial statements.
Reporting to the CFO you are highly organized and able to work with material of a confidential nature. You also have an analytical approach with high attention to detail. As a person you demonstrate high level of flexibility and you are able to work in a changing environment with high integrity and you have an ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts through reasoned communication. You master in Excel and PowerPoint and are as a minimum fluent in the English language as this is the corporate language at Boozt.
