It is your responsibility to lead and coordinate the digital business development for our People and Finance functions. Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. For us, it is not important how many years of experience you have, what matters is what you have done, in what context and what results you have achieved. With true passion and ideas for how to build better financial & HR enterprise business applications, you will really contribute to the business. We expect you to have a positive "can do" attitude combined with exceptional problem-solving and change management skills, with an eye towards delivering sustainable business change. The Transformation Lead will inspire employees and act as a role model for the behaviour needed to encourage and embed change. Most importantly we expect you to have a business savvy attitude with a strong focus on efficiency and net profitability.

The must-haves:

• Knowledge in Financial & HR processes, preferably worked with system solutions in the same areas and know how to challenge status quo
