hela Sverige To our Skellefteå Office we are looking for a Technology Manager to develop and manage the Kaldo and Precious Metals Technologies and pyrometallurgical processes. The technologies belongs to the OT Skellefteå Non-Ferrous Smelting Product group consisting of PSC-, Kaldo- and Precious Metals technology.
You will:
• Be responsible for and manage the pyro-metallurgical and technological development within the kaldo- and precious metal technologies
• Be responsible for the performance and follow-up of the pyro-metallurgical and technological processes regarding cost, productivity, efficiency, safety, quality, environmental impact, energy etc.
• Be responsible for and provide technical and metallurgical expertise to customers
• Be responsible for process design and provide needed data for sales proposals
• Plan and carry out site- and process audits and studies for customer cases
Participate in commissioning and training of technologies and processes at customer sites
Provide technology support for sales, delivery and service
Be part of the OT Skellefteå team and work with support to all technologies

To succeed - you will need:
• A Process Engineering degree and/or equivalent experience
• An open mind, flexibility and good initiative
• Teamworking skills
• Good communication skills, fluent both in written and spoken Swedish and English
• Ability to manage multiple assignments/projects
• Ability to lead, share and care according to Outotec Principles
• Capability to see the big picture and to work out practical solutions
• Driving licence
• Good understanding and general knowledge of business and industry is a merit
