What you will do
Enterprise IT SA Automation & AI has end-to-end capabilities in Automation & AI from automation strategy development and opportunity identification to delivery and operations, while driving continuous innovation and onboarding of new technology and tools.
We are now looking for a person to join our Intelligent Automation Platforms and Industrialization to support our journey in the radical transformation of Ericsson through Automation & AI.
The team supports the SA and its Leadership Team in the areas of:
Execution of solution development, testing, and deployment
Work with Digital Product owners and engage with stakeholders to share insights and ideas on new use cases
Work as a team with DevSecOps, Chapters, and Platform teams to deliver E2E automated solutions and ongoing support to stakeholders
Participate / support in the discovery of new use cases or new product evaluations or drive pilot projects

You will bring
Accountable for Industrialization of Low Code technology to develop and maintain products/solutions faster, cost effective and meets business requirements.
Solution Feasibility for new use cases, alignment with product areas/business on to-be solution, business case, roadmap, and financials for products/solutions delivery.
Ensure Fit for purpose products/solutions designed/developed. Overall accountable for Architecture and security compliance
Overall delivery/DevSecOps process accountable for assigned technologies.
Accountable for life cycle management of products/solutions in production. L3 Maintenance coordination through centralized factory
Responsible for driving reuse, process simplification, best practices in development etc. through collaboration with DevSecOps and Chapters
Strategic partnership management for securing long term competency for the assigned technologies.
Delivery escalations involving business or partners or Product areas
Be a Technology evangelist
Collaboration with Product vendor and partners to develop articles, marketing material.
Support Product Areas with pre-discovery activities and promotional activities to drive adoption of assigned technologies.
Collaboration with Enterprise Architects and other experts within Ericsson to promote and to align on technology strategy and architecture.

Minimum qualification and experience requirements
Minimum 15 years of work experience
Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration or a combination of equivalent experience
Domain experience in Automation & AI technologies
Excellent and proven co-operating skills
Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Leadership experience from new areas or areas under rapid development
Formulating and communicating strategies and concepts
Proficient in English, written and spoken.
Proven history of initiating and growing new organizational initiatives/projects/strategies
Other merits include:
Ericsson experience (ability to see the whole picture and think E2E)
Strategic thinking, Budgeting, and data analysis experience
Experience working in global diverse setup
