hela Sverige For our customer we are looking for a consultant for the role as Teamleader for Service Desk.
Job description:
Our customer is looking for a line manager for the workplace support and service desk team. The team leader/line manager role is part time, and combined with hands-on service desk work.
The service desk's tasks;
1st level support to end users
Pursue that all requests and incidents worked on are reported in the request handling tool
Ensure correctness of hardware and software administration
Promote that users adhere to company standards and security rules and report violations.
The line manager's tasks;
Drive the department's core values
Work closely with the IT and business representatives to support the proper selection, prioritizations and implementation of tasks
Ensuring the team is following and supporting defined processes
Support the Manager in managing and follow-up approved budget and forecast
Personnel and team development (secure competence in the team based on job description and SLA's)
Personnel administration
Information to subordinates
Manning (availability of resources ie workload, following up work hours, vacation periods etc)
Actively participate in the Nordic Management team
Required skills:
Customer and consumer driven

Drives performance; managing and measuring work, drives for result

Builds effective teams: motivating
Communicates effectively: approachable, conflict management, listening, has passion
University degree or relevant equivalent experience
IT experience including 1:st line support
KOMPETENS - Erfarenhet - Prioritet
Team Leader - 1-3 år - Nödvändigt
Start: ASAP
Duration: approximately 1 year
Location: Göteborg
Work load: 100%
Working language: Swedish & English
