Then YOU could be the new Team Manager for our HBO Nordic Team.
As Team Manager for HBO Nordic you'll be responsible for motivating and developing your team-members and ensuring that everyone is performing to the best of their abilities.
Organizationally you'll be a part of the Nordic team, where you'll be working and sparring with other team managers across the Nordics, and you'll be reporting to Rikke Andersen, Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate is observant and has a genuine interest in the development of others, which will allow you to host meaningful 1-1s with your team members and further ensure their continued motivation to be high-performers.
The position is new and is a split team manager and advisor role, and the specific division between these two is yet to be defined. You also must prepare for fluid working hours, where you'll have to answer calls from the advisors any time of the day when they call.

Are familiarized with the team manager workflow
Receive new information and tasks with curiosity and excitement
Demonstrate active participation in the operations team and actively contribute to succeeding during your onboarding period
Take ownership of your daily tasks and work proactively with your MoS/KPs
Independently seek new information and offer yourself as a sparring partner to your colleagues
Handle your tasks independently and host meaningful 1-1s with your team members
Have proven yourself and are an extraordinary team manager
Work on equal terms with your colleagues and are motivated about your own development, participate in social events, help your colleagues and seek out new knowledge continuously
Use your excellent communication skills to ensure a successful communication flow with the client.

• . you have experience within the contact center business, and is a performer with outstanding results. You're a great colleague and have a big talent within service that you use both towards customers and colleagues. You're also ready to take the responsibility for the team and ownership of the KPIs for the team.
You've additionally graduated in A-levels in Swedish, graduated in B-Level English and Math.
