Our products consist of couplers, gangways and crash management systems for the railway industry.
We are now looking for a Team Leader to our Supply Planning.
As the Team Leader Supply Planning, you support the business by leading the team of supply planners, and by that, the supply chain of materials and items to us from subcontractors. You are the team leader for the group that plan the material flow based on the demands, and work to achieve a stable flow. The Team Leader Supply Planning belongs to the Global Logistics department and reports to the Global Logistics Manager.
The department works with supply planning, production planning, freight forwarding, master data and global logistic development. You collaborate globally, both with internal and external suppliers and coworkers cross functionally.
Your role
The role as Team Leader Supply Planning includes both operative work as well as coaching and leading the team of supply planners. The operative work consists of monitoring needs and placing orders for materials according to production needs and ensuring timely deliveries. The responsibility also includes analyzing inventory levels, ensuring that the ERP system is properly configured and set up with the right master data - and thus enabling intelligent planning. As the team lead you will support and take actions in the supply planning team to make sure we reach our targets. You will also distribute the workload and drive the improvement agenda for the team to make sure we continue to improve.
We assume
• You have a BSc or MSc in engineering or economics, preferably with focus on logistics and production planning. Alternatively, you have several years of relevant experience from production and/or planning.
• You understand supply chain planning parameters and master data
• You have very good communication skills. You will handle a large number of customers and stakeholders.
• You are fluent in both English and Swedish
• You are a fast learner, service-minded, goal oriented and flexible with great cooperation skills.
• You have a great sense of responsibility and take ownership.
• You have experience and knowledge in M3 or other ERP-system.
• You prioritize and make decisions efficiently and according to business needs.
• You have experience in leading others and working with deadlines

• You quickly prioritize, take decisions and adjust your level of ambition according to the needs of the business.
• You get motivated by improving our practices and methods to be more efficient.
• You have good numerical and analytical skills including good knowledge in MS Excel for data processing.
