THE ROLE
At Nova - One thing we know for sure is that cool companies everywhere always are looking for talent. We also know that talent sometimes needs help in finding the most exciting challenges that might not end up on various job sites. Nova aims to fill that gap and are now looking for another Talent Recruiter to strengthen the Stockholm team.
As a Talent Recruiter at Nova you are fully responsible for recruitment processes to a wide range of companies within many different industries. It is your opportunity to take the first meeting with the client, help them formulate ads and send-outs and in detail plan the recruitment process from start to finish. You are also responsible for using the extended Nova network (direct applications and referrals), LinkedIn and other channels to source and deliver high quality candidates to our clients.
This is in many ways a consultant recruitment position since you will be the main contact for our clients in regards to their recruitment needs. It is therefore important that you have great social skills, good business understanding and a service minded outlook.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
You have:
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience within recruitment, executive search or equivalent with client responsibility.
• Interview experience is meriting.
• A bachelor or master?s degree within HR is highly meriting.
• Fluent Swedish & English, both in writing and verbally is a requirement.
You are:
• A self-starter who enjoy grabbing the bull by its horns.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly structured and organized.
• Driven by responsibility.
• Used to working in a high paced environment.
• Service minded, has a good business understanding and are solution driven.
• Excited to start climbing a steep learning curve.
