We also happen to be really awesome. To continue our success story, we're now looking for a tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our people team, on site in central Stockholm.
About the role
In the role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Quickspin, you will play a key role in the small but awesome HR team. Here, you will be responsible of attracting and hiring talent in the tech candidate jungle. This involves out-of-the-box-thinking with finding hard-to-get candidates as well as strategies to entice leads to apply themselves. You will get insights and learn to recruit a wide spectrum of roles - anything from Graphic Artists, Game Designers, QAs, and Developers, to Project Managers, Account Managers or Integration Specialists. Apart from running the recruitments with our hiring managers, you will also be able to drive events and social media efforts to attract talent and to show our brand. Quickspin is multi-cultural with offices in Stockholm, Malta, and Kyiv. This means you will have a global portfolio of recruitments and work alongside colleagues outside Sweden. Depending on your interests, you will also be able to learn and take on further responsibilities related to employer branding or HR/People. Being a part of the people team at Quickspin, you will be in the heart of our company where we walk the talk and act as role models in accordance with our core values. Within your job description, you will among others;
Run recruitment processes from start to finish
Support managers with creating requirement profiles and posting job adverts
Search, contact and screen candidates on relevant platforms for the different roles
Take first interviews, coordinate interview bookings, be the candidate's point of contact and provide feedback to candidates as well as managers
Administrate our ATS (Teamtailor), create job posts and make sure processes are on time & followed-up
Take references, support managers with giving offer / setting up contracts & initiate on-boarding processes
Be a culture ambassador internally & externally, network and build external relationships to succeed in recruitments
About you
In order to succeed in this role, we want you to be self-driven, stubborn, and daring enough to try new ways forward. Being interested in tech roles and having grit as a recruiter, you are able to find different sourcing strategies to attract the right Quickspinner. You feel satisfaction of closing recruitments and like to execute ideas that improves our brand, experiences or processes. Always acting as a true ambassador, you make sure your candidates have a positive experience throughout their recruitment process. Additionally, we would like you to have;
1+ year of working experience within recruitment.
An interest in tech and to be in the forefront with digital recruiting tools.
Basic knowledge on technical roles within development, quality assurance etc.
Hands on experience with sourcing talent via LinkedIn /other.
The ability to build relationships with candidates and promote our jobs in a transparent way
An education within the field of Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, or similar.
Fluency in spoken/written Swedish & English.
