Our customer is a international beauty company in the centre of Stockholm. They are now looking for a Supply Planner!
Worktasks
As a Supply Planner you will work at Studentworks customer in Stockholm. You are going to create, review and communicate the Supply plans to the suppliers/manufacturing units where necessary using individual judgment based on understanding manufacturing capabilities, to prioritize production and exert pressure to hit customer deadlines. You will also ensure that master and static data in planning tools are up-to-date what comes to correct arrival dates and arriving quantities for the category.
As a Supply Planner you will also have responsibility for discontinuation process of products through own category, starting from setting and maintaining of the global discontinuation dates to placing final orders. You will have a close contact with product managers, regional catalogue planning and distribution planning. You will also ensure that the necessary KPI are available on time and that product and vendor master data is updated in the system. As a supply planner you will provide an effective plan aiming at minimizing obsolete stock.
Your profile
We think that you have a degree in a Business or Engineering related field and supply/distribution planning experience in an international environment. You are process orientated, have a strong team approach and analytic and problem solving skills. You are fluent in English and have experience with IFS and/or JDA supply chain or other DRP/MRP software.
You have a huge drive, good communication skills and have a great Excel-experience.
You will be hired by Studentwork and work as a consultant at our attractive customer in the centre of Stockholm. We are looking for someone who can start to work immediately and the job will continue until 2016-05-31. Please apply for the job as soon as you can!
