Division Specific Information:
The ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,800 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics. The allergy and autoimmunity product lines operate on a common automated instrument platform, Phadia Laboratory Systems, which supports both productivity and cost efficiencies in clinical laboratories around the world.
How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner & Analyst to work within Instruments and Spare Parts with demand and supply management. The position and department are new which is a step in the direction of increasing focus on this segment of products from the supply chain perspective. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for you to add value to an already successful business. We are looking for you who wants to be part of developing this segment towards securing high level of supply reliability towards our internal and external customers. The position will suit a person that is comfortable working operatively, taking initiatives and having a customer centric approach. The position will present many possibilities to find improvements and a successful candidate will show attitude and examples showcasing continuous improvement comes naturally.
Key Responsibilities:
Full understanding of demand process, lead times and to support on data quality, data cleansing and data transformation in product demand planning
Ensure the timely placement of orders on instruments and spare parts from our suppliers
Liaise between suppliers / manufacturers and relevant internal departments and customers
Respond to internal customers enquiries relating to orders, availability and estimated delivery dates
Stay up-to-date with internal departments and organizations as well as external factors impacting product life cycle and placement of orders
Drive improvement to forecast accuracy through collaborative forecasting and lead change as necessary
Propose alternative solutions and communicate to stakeholders in the event of shortages or delayed deliveries to minimize impact on the organization
Analyze and evaluate suppliers' performance to improve supply chain performance
Support on analysis, reports and metrics to Supply Chain Manager regarding demand, supply, inventory, quality and cost
How will you get here?
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or other business management discipline or related field or at least 2 years' experience of working within the Supply Chain field (demand planning, supply chain analytics, inventory management, order management, purchasing)
Experience of using ERP (preferably SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (preferably Power BI)
Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English, knowledge in Japanese is beneficial
Ability to work independently in a global organization
Results-oriented and service-minded
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical technology industry is a benefit
