The Supplier Quality Manager is a member of the Global Sourcing Management Team and reports directly to Vice President Sourcing. As SQM you are head of the Global Sourcing Quality Team and are responsible for Supplier evaluation and Supplier development in close contact with our Global Commodity Teams and manufacturing sites.

You are specialized on manufacturing processes, ours as well as our suppliers. You deliver technical support to our strategic purchasers. The position also includes responsibility for securing the quality of new products prior to production start and contributing to quality improvements on existing products as well as to prepare and coordinate the Sourcing Council - Medical" (ref ISO 13485). This work is done in close cooperation with the respective factories. You will lead projects to improve the efficiency of our suppliers manufacturing processes, participate in development projects and cooperate with concerned construction and production departments. PartnerTech suppliers are mainly situated in Europe and Asia.

PartnerTech's quality improvement projects are managed with focus on client needs and quality throughout the whole organization, aiming at cutting lead time and increasing flexibility. PartnerTech is working in accordance to TQM.

We are looking for a qualified candidate, graduated Master of Science, with a solid experience of quality management and supply chain audits on international markets. You have documented knowledge and skills of mechanical and/or electronic production and you have qualified experience of working with SQAP, FMEA and VA/VE. Strong customer focus, results oriented, team player and being fluent in oral and written English is expected. The position requires 80-100 days of travel per year.
