Strategic Buyer for HV Breakers
You will be part of ABB High Voltage Breakers in Ludvika. With a
global responsibility for ABB production and sales of high voltage breakers for AC and DC power systems. New products are developed and tested at our own high power laboratory.
Our customers are found both in Sweden and abroad. High voltage breakers is a critical part of every reliable and energy efficient power system.
Challenge: Would you like to work with strategic purchases in an expanding business with a global customer base? As Strategic Buyer you will get the opportunity to improve and influence our purchases. With a range of tasks, a broad network and an independent job, you will focus on the unit's supply base. Aspects such as cost, quality and contract signing as well as following up supplier performance will be a natural part of each day, as will logistics be. Currently we have several development projects in the pipeline and therefore you will meet a varied job in which you will get the chance to make international business trips.
Requirements: You have a degree in Economics, Engineering or similar. We work with a wide range of article types such as castings, machined components, sheet metal and electronic components and experience within these areas is highly valued. Perhaps you have skills in Contract Law, Logistics and Quality? To be successful in the position Swedish and English skills are crucial whereas additional languages are positive. You also need to be computer literate. As a person you are goal oriented and always strive to reach good results.
Since you will deal a lot of clients strong social abilities are a must.
