www.stenaline.com.?The company's Cash Management Department handles Stena Lines cash flow. The department consists of two teams, Sales Accounting and Cash and Banking.
We are currently looking for a temporary Financial Assistant to Sales Accounting. The team is responsible for the processes related to reconciliations of cash flow within travel, freight, onboard sales and on-line sales.
Your main tasks will be the reconciliation of cash and card accounting within the travel, freight and onboard areas. You will also make reconciliations of payment methods via Online Sales Web and Callcenter for the three geographic business areas Scandinavia, the North Sea and the Irish Sea.
In addition, you will:
• Post in our financial system JD Edwards
• Communicate with credit card companies, booking companies and customers
• Communicate with our colleagues on board our ships and in our ports
Who are you?
You have at least a high school degree majoring in business administration and have experience of similar tasks in a Finance Department. You have good knowledge in using MS Office. You are fluent in Swedish and have a good knowledge in English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge in the German language can also be useful to us.
As a person you are outgoing and accurate. You are used to working independently and you take full responsibility for your work.

The position is a temporary employment with admission in November until 2014-09-30. You will be based at Stena Lines Head office in Gothenburg.
