Overview
The Global Hygiene Supply organization is created to support efficiency and growth of the different product supply organizations around the world. It will focus on sharing best practice in the fields of manufacturing excellence, safety, quality, product supply, and capability development as well as supporting and guiding the right investment and technology decisions. The new organization will own and drive sourcing and logistics from a pragmatic and global perspective. In essence, Global Hygiene Supply will contribute to making SCA a highly successful global hygiene company by having the safest, most efficient and lowest cost product supply base
Within GHS, the ambition of Global Sourcing is to be recognized as the driver for best total costs for SCA. Global Sourcing will thereby drive down total costs by managing a sustainable and competitive supply base utilizing appropriate sourcing strategies, processes and resources which support the needs of the business.
Global Sourcing's responsibility has grown significantly during the last year and to be able to deliver sustainable savings the next coming years we are now globally harmonizing our ways of working in all areas e.g., strategic sourcing, purchasing, contract management and reporting/analysis. The role is located in Gothenburg.
In this role your primary responsibility will be to support the development and roll-out of Global Sourcing's future way of working. The main areas of responsibility are process and system development, change management and training.
Our main vehicle for change will be implementation of a new common S2P system and corresponding processes. As a Business Development Manager you will participate in and manage sub-streams of this program and prepare to take ownership for a specific sourcing process after the programs successful delivery.
Who are you?
We are looking for candidates with experience of process and system development for sourcing organizations. Knowledge of process development linked to system implementations (SAP/Ariba or other sourcing systems) is valued. You should have the ability of managing projects with tight timelines, ensuring quality deliverables, effective communication/stakeholder management and solid project risk management. As our operating model is global, an ability to work in/with virtual global teams to drive/impact change is important.
Consulting background or experience from a similar role within a global sourcing organization At least 3-5 years' experience in sourcing with demonstrated sourcing competence and/or transferable knowledge
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)/Membership or Graduate Diploma in Sourcing desirable
Proven track record of success either in Sourcing, Project Management, Management Consulting or Commercial organization with close relations to customers and suppliers
International work orientation and experience with demonstrated leadership skills/networking ability
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Working knowledge of Information Technology related to the sourcing and procurement functions
Strong analytical competence with advanced Microsoft Office skills

Publiceringsdatum2015-04-16KvalifikationerKvalifikationskraven är teknisk utbildning på gymnasienivå (med ämnena matematik, fysik och kemi) eller motsvarande. Erfarenhet av likande arbetsuppgifter är meriterande. För arbetet i våra ångcentraler är önskemålet att du har pågående eller avslutad högskoleutbildning med inriktning mot energi. För arbetet på rullmaskin är det meriterande om du har traversutbildning. Som person tror vi att du har teknisk fallenhet, är självständig och bra på att samarbeta.
