Sony Mobile in Lund is one of Europe 's largest mobile communication development units with approximately 1200 employees, and has global responsibility for research and development, focusing on software development, innovation, apps and services, European operator partners and Customer services. Our employees are contributing to the development of both Smartphones, Smart Products and IoT-solutions and the organizations Research & Incubation and IoT Business Group Europe were established with the clear purpose to develop our business beyond Smartphones.
The Mobility Team Europe consists of 6 coworkers, is part of SONY Global Mobility with many colleagues around the world. Mobility is a part of the Human Resources Department together with Compensation and Benefit. You will work from Lund, and from here you will take part in an exciting formation of the Mobility unit. Together with the team you will have the opportunity to take part in setting work processes, policies as well as to cooperate and contribute in strategic work and planning.
Your responsibilities:
The daily work is varied and consists of a broad spectrum of Global Mobility tasks to solve. It is a stimulating job and as such it is associated with a great deal of different duties.
As a Global Mobility Specialist you will:
* Be responsible and single point of contact for a number of countries in which you will be the expert
* Work close with Global Human Resource Business Partners, Compensation and Benefit team, line managers and coworkers going abroad in order to support them as an expert in the Global Mobility area
* Support coworkers going abroad in preparations, on assignment issues and repatriation, with coordination and communication in issues regarding, salary, tax, accommodation, education, work permission, as well as compensation and benefit issues
* Coordinate contact with outsourced vendors mostly for relocation, immigration and tax related questions
* Work independently and use your in-depth knowledge to ensure processes are as efficient as possible
The role will include travel to participate at meetings within Europe.
Requirements:
To be able to do a good job, we think you need:
* Minimum a Bachelor Exam or similar within Human Resources, Economics or Law
* 2-5 years of work experience in an international company
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Previous experience of working in different HR systems
* It is also a great merit if you have experience from service abroad
