Volvo Construction Equipment is seeking an experienced and forward-looking Process & IT professional to manage the evolution of various applications in the Complete Offer Sub Portfolio within Global Retail Development.
In this role, you will manage solutions including but not limited to Digital Asset Management, Used Equipment, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys in support of Volvo Construction Equipment Strategic Objectives, the Process & IT Strategic Plan, and business demand from relevant stakeholders and process owners.
You will lead all aspects of solution management and lifecycle including but not limited to collaboration with business stakeholders, roadmap development, enhancements, maintenance activities, and budget.
You will report to the P&IT Director of Global Retail Development within Volvo Construction Equipment.
As Solution Leader for Complete Offer Applications you have responsibilities to:
Serve as solution main point of contact for business requirements, roll out needs etc.
Manage the Process & Solution Key User networks
Lead the Solution Management Meetings
Manage and develop roadmaps for the solutions and follow-up progress in execution
Lead analysis of business issues and business requests from a process and solution perspective before initiating a formal change request
Lead process/solution development, improvements and implementation including any adaptations or variants together with Process & Solution key users
Manage the Enhancement and Runtime budgets for the solutions
Set SLA expectation towards Group IT Delivery Organization
Ensure that training needs are identified and training plans secured for the solutions
Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
When applicable, participate in new development project Steering Committees for projects impacting the solutions in question

Wanted skills and experiences:
We require that you have a Strategic understanding and holistic view. You should also have the ability to collect, analyze and structure complex information.
We expect that you are proactive and have the ability to work autonomously.
We also trust that you have genuine Business interest, high flexibility and engagement attitude and are a Team player in multi-cultural working environment
You should also have:
Proven experience in Process and IT Management
Good understanding of both business and IT and a capability to actively use Information Technology to develop the business
Excellent understanding of process and solution dependencies and interfaces
Knowledge and experience in Change Management
Experience with Project management
Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages useful and valued
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Formal experience and education:
University degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience within similar fields
Good knowledge in Microsoft office applications
