About the position
As a Senior RPA Developer - Intelligent Automation (RPA/AI) you will be responsible for the design and development of the End-to-End automation journeys in our business processes. The Intelligent Automation team at Volvo Cars was founded in 2017 and have scaled to a global organisation collaborating across our entire company. You will be a part of our Global Intelligent Automation organisation, with hubs across the world. Your tools will include but are not limited to, Blue Prism (RPA), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Virtual Agent, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), Python, C#, SQL, APIs and OCR etc. The work includes both the Solution Design, Development, Innovation of new concepts and training activities in the automation landscape. You will be a key player in this design phase and have a say in the entire automation lifecycle. As part of our agile way of working you will also have a close dialog with other development teams at Volvo Cars. Significant interaction and close cooperation cross all areas within Volvo Cars is offered.
What you'll do:
You will design the future automation solutions for our company across all our business units. Automating everything from how we sell, deliver, invoice, service and support our cars. With this role, you will get the opportunity to work with our business processes from start to finish and work on process improvement with automation as a mindset. Every 10 weeks we have a special 2-week innovation sprint where all members of our Intelligent Automation team collaborate on new innovations. Trainings and competence development are high on our agenda and great opportunities in personal development are offered. You will also keep track of technical trends, latest news and external benchmark to ensure best in class automation is delivered. It is your responsibility to participate in operational development and improvement projects.
Relevant Experience:
• Blue Prism (Certified Blue Prism Professional Developer)
• Microsoft Azure (Azure VM, Cognitive Services)
• Microsoft Power Platform
• REST APIs
• C# / VB / Python
A university degree is a prerequisite and ability to communicate fluently in English both written and spoken is required.
