Oriflame is looking for a Senior Manager Global Commercial Planning to further strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities
• Lead the monthly Demand Review through gap analysis, discussions with regional teams and pro-active solution recommendations
• Work with the regions to translate the commercial strategies into competitive regional actions
• Ensure a constant improvement of KPIs through follow up of implementation of commercial strategies with the regions
• Ensure a similar evaluation of success throughout the different regions, by driving standard campaign evaluation and implementation of agreed Commercial Marketing IBM process
• Drive best practice sharing between regional commercial marketing departments
• Drive and participate in strategic improvement projects, which require commercial marketing knowledge
• Full support of the management to ensure that commercial strategic objectives are met
• Alignment of commercial processes (campaign planning, forecasting, pricing and target/budget processes) and drive new processes implementation in line with the strategy
• Drive campaign planning revisions with the regions to make sure it's coherent and exhaustive through gap analysis, discussions with regional teams and pro-active solution recommendations (e.g. annual regional catalogue strategies revisions, campaign and quarterly reviews of hero/pillar commercial packs: promotion in and out of catalogues, pricing indexes and merchandising alignment)

What we are looking for:

Skills
• Organizational skills - Independent planning of heavy work load. Structured in the organization of content and material. Ability to drive several projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and determination - Open dialog between colleagues in global and regional functions. Ready to approach issues directly and constantly following-up, working in a problem solving way. Curious to get to the bottom of things. Detailed and structured in the communication method.
• Eye for details & solution orientation - Understanding of the importance of details in the deliverables. Ability to package those details into recommendations appropriate for the audience
• Project management - Good at prioritizing, using business objectives and commercial marketing goals to determine what is most important. Knowledge how to successfully plan, manage and deliver projects. Good ability to lead a project team and monitor project progress through successful execution
• High level of analytical skills
• Commercially focused and results driven

Requirements
• A Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
• Min 10 years' experience working with marketing and/or sales
• Have an expert knowledge in marketing. Experience in catalogue planning, pricing&merchandising and marketing campaigns planning is a plus.
• Min 8 years' experience in managing strategy implementation and/or project implementation
• Min 8 years' experience working with data analysis and translation into recommendations and actions
• Experience in a managerial role is a plus
• Experience in IBM/IBP cycle
• Experience in the multicultural international environment
• Experience in working in local sales organizations with global contact or vice versa
• Industry Experience FMCG, Retail and/or Direct Sales. Working with campaign, catalogue or merchandising planning is a big plus.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent English, verbal and in writing
