Dina arbetsuppgifter
As the Senior Manger Customer Relations you will be in charge of supporting the development of divisional/global CE strategies and tactics, by driving the achievement of defined customer contact goals relating to Customer Experience. You will lead a team of Managers in both direct served and outsourced Customer contact operations in Scandinavia and Benelux. Further on you will manage the development and implementation of innovative and commercially viable CE based initiatives and programs that consistently deliver optimum customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key tasks:
• Lead the development of assigned tactics, programs and plans by identifying and managing cross-functional expertise within EMEA.
• Support the MD in realizing improvements to the Customer Experience and to operational capabilities through the use of innovative technologies, value-add services and tools.
• Provide leadership and direction to your CE Team by giving clear expectations regarding business goals, priorities, ethics and risks.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional CE taskforces, perform Customer Events, Customer visits and external seminars etc.
• Monitor ongoing achievement of performance goals and manage results.
• Manage outsourcing contract/s and local vendors.

You will report to the Managing Director.

Kvalifikationer
We are looking for an individual with a substantial experience in a blue-chip Customer Contact environment. You have a broad understanding of call centre standards, processes, practices and technology. We expect that you have several years of experience of effectively managing managers and to enhance both individual and team performance.

You are fluent in English and in one/several of the Scandinavian languages. We believe that you have a college degree and that you have good PC skills.
Your presentation and influencing skills are excellent and you have an aptitude for negotiation.
Further on, you have an extensive and documented experience of managing complex and cross functional projects and change initiative, from conception to completion.
Since you will be controlling a large budget, we also expect you have ha thorough understanding of financial planning and budgeting principles.
