We currently have the following job opening;
Senior Manager - Fuel distribution and EVAP & Fuel storage and Exhaust system
The Fuel and Exhaust module team delivers complete solutions for new upcoming vehicles, securing that all system requirements are met, like Fuel functionality, NVH, corrosion, crash safety etc. systems are in an environment that has complex geometries and you will get a wide network throughout the company and with the involved suppliers.
This is an exciting mission where you will play an important role in building up the operations.

Responsibilities and tasks
- Recruit, develop and retain people
- Lead and distribute the work within the area of powertrain calibration
- Secure efficient cooperation within the global organization and suppliers
- Drive and develop the work processes related to the team
- Support your team members in all related escalation issues
Requirements
- Engineering degree at M.Sc. level or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience from powertrain calibration
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leading position
- Excellent ability to cooperate within a global organization
- Fluent in English
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
