Job Description.
Our client is a multinational financial services corporation headquartered in New York City. The company is best known for its charge card, credit card, and traveler's cheque businesses.
As Senior HR Business Partner you provide advice and guidance in HR related aspects; Labour law and Employee Relations. You will be post in Stockholm but will partnership with the business strategic and operationally in all Nordic countries, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
This position includes HR projects work both within each country specific but also involvements in global projects.
This role will be reporting to the HR market lead for the Northern Europe.
Location: Liljeholmen, Stockholm.
Working hours: Weekdays, office hours
Duration: We are looking for someone who would like to work as a Freelancer/Contractor/Consultant until Dec 31st 2018.
Your profile.
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or other relevant field.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role more than 5 years.
• Deep Experience of collaboration and negotiations with the Swedish and Norwegian Unions.
• You have experience in change management / culture change, with successful results.
• Fluent in Swedish and understanding of Norwegian and Danish and strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Experience from driving projects
You are a communicator by heart with great interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust throughout all levels in the Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian LoB's and functions. You are sensitive to cultural differences, especially because you have experience in international orientated organizations. Which means you can adapt to different work methodologies. You definitely can work with HRIS (Human Resources information systems).
